Follypalooza
We appreciate having our second Thanksgiving in a row at Follypalooza! Walked the beach, broke out of the escape room, went fishing two times with Capt. Brian Hawkins. Our kids spent hours every day in the pool. Made daily trips to Berts Market for snacks and ice cream! We hear there may be a sauna ready for next Thanksgiving? Yes please!

Incredibly the pictures do not do this home justice. It is even better in person. The property manager was responsive and had great recommendations. We are counting down the days until our next visit.

The Adelaide House
Our stay at The Adelaide House on Kiawah Island was nothing short of exceptional. As a family of five, we didn’t need a massive home — and this one was perfectly sized, thoughtfully laid out, and beautifully designed. The home felt brand new, with stunning decor and attention to detail in every corner. We’ve stayed in dozens of homes, and this team was by far the best we’ve worked with. They were attentive, thoughtful, and had everything ready when we arrived — lights on, TV set to the golf channel, and high-quality toiletries provided to get us through our first night. After a long day of travel, those little touches made a big difference. We will absolutely use this management company again. While some of the larger homes on Kiawah can feel dated or worn, this one felt fresh, new, and impeccably maintained. A true gem — highly recommend!

The Barn at May River
Really Special. The Barn is stunning. Incredible design, layout, quality, setting, view, etc. This house is fully equipped with everything you need. Just stop at the grocery store and you’re all set. It is so tranquil. The pool and patio room are awesome. We had a great time and stay.

The Longboard
Great stay! Home is lovely with all the comforts of home, especially wonderfully equipped kitchen! Plenty of room for our family of 10 plus an infant. The pool and screened porch were enjoyed as it was closing in on 100 degrees most days we were there! Definitely would recommend a golf cart rental in this kind of heat! Walking to the beach would have been challenging for our group!!

The Sadie Cottage
Amazing Spring Break! The cottage was perfect for our family of 5, little ones loves the bunks and parents loved that the house was clean, well stocked and in a fabulous location. So close to the pool, the beach, and numerous bike trails. We loved eating dinners on the screened in porch. Kiawah River inlet, FreshFields and Night Heron park were all an easy bike ride away. Love Kiawah and would definitely stay again!

Deep Water Days
I'm a regular Airbnb customer, and I have to say, this was one of the best homes I've stayed in! It was such a comfortable house, private and surrounded by beautiful marshes and wildlife. My family and I (8 people) were pleasantly surprised by how private the bedroom spaces were but also how communal the main parts of the house. There was plenty of space for everyone then some. Also, it was SO peaceful. The house is on Folly proper, about a mile from Center Street (all the shops, bars, and restaurants), but it was tucked away where it was quiet. Between the house itself and the amazing team, my family and I all agreed we'll be back. We've been coming to Charleston since I was a baby, and I went to the College of Charleston, and this Airbnb was my favorite I've stay in out of all of them in and around the city. We highly suggest it, and we'll be back!

The Grand Palm
The Grand Palm was the perfect spot for a family get together. The house itself was incredible. In great shape, tons of amenities, etc. The management company was professional and delivered on every request. They checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We had two golf carts delivered - they were sitting in the driveway when we arrived and were both newer models. Highly, highly recommend this spot and this management company. All around positive experiences.

The Carolina House
Spacious Home with a southern feel. Loved the large balconies for dining and evening conversations. Kitchen very well equipped. Welcome gifts, pool key, ping pong downstairs and a beach within walking distance (we love to walk) gave the young adults lots to do. Many restaurants on the Island and only 15-20 mins from Charleston fine dining establishments. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay much longer next time to relax and enjoy.

Sweet Tea
Awesome House! Sweet Tea was very clean, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and back yard was great. Alana and Maddie were so helpful with our questions and reservations. The best management company I have ever dealt with and will definitely use them again.
