With expansive decks, in ground hot tub, and private boardwalk that leads to direct beach access, you’ll never want to leave. 

The lower level of this sprawling beachfront beauty offers an expansive sitting area for relaxing, watching movies, or cheering on your favorite team on football Saturdays in the fall. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable outdoor furnishings for lazy days spent in the sun and access to the hot tub. The lower level is a dream for those who love to relax by the water. Featuring a bar area with separate ice maker; perfect for preparing refreshing drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs to the main floor kitchen. For added convenience, there's a full bath on this level with an oversized walk-in shower, great for rinsing off after a day on the beach. This level also includes two spacious guest suites, one with a QUEEN BED plus a private bath and the other with a KING bed, direct access to a hall bath, and doors that step out to decks overlooking the beach.  On the other side of the vast family room, you’ll find a short staircase that leads to another private guest suite, appointed with a KING bed and ensuite bath.  Next door you’ll find a cozy nook with built-in QUEEN over QUEEN bunks. A short flight of stairs down you'll discover a fitness room with everything you'll need for working out during your stay. The Eliza House also includes an elevator plus two laundry rooms, one located on the lower level and one on the main level.

A dramatic staircase leads from the lower level family room to the home's main level, and is highlighted by an intricate wall map of Charleston and the surrounding Sea Islands that make up the series of popular beaches around the Charleston lowcountry. The main floor of The Eliza House was designed for entertaining, with luxurious interiors by one of the top design firms in Charleston, a formal dining room that seats 10 guests and a great room that spans one entire side of this level with doors that open up to the deck and breathtaking views. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high end appliances, oversized center island for plenty of prep space, a Wolf gas cooktop, all set against windows that frame stunning ocean views. Enjoy casual dining in the adjacent breakfast room with table that seats 6 and doors that lead to an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. 

Make your way upstairs to discover, a primary suite that is the entirety of the 3rd level. This space feels like the penthouse suite of a luxe hotel, all while showcasing ocean views. Appointed with a KING bed dressed in luxury linens, you’ll revel in the abundance of quiet and privacy, tailor-made for slower mornings, and waking up to sunrise ocean views. The ensuite primary bath includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower plus abundant storage. Off the primary is a balcony that overlooks the beach.  

The Eliza House is located on one of the most iconic streets on Kiawah Island. You will appreciate the convenience of being steps from the beach, the charm of the Lowcountry live oak trees draping over the street.  The lush landscape and maritime forest that is Kiawah Island provides a spectacular backdrop for an island getaway and is home to 5 golf courses, including the famed Ocean Course, which hosted the PGA Championship in 2012 and 2021. This private, gated resort is located just a 40 minute drive from downtown Charleston, steeped in history and southern charm where you can experience world-class shopping and dining.
