This "all on one level" open concept floor plan, includes a living room with fireplace that flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, and comfortable eating area. Start your day with coffee on the dine-in screened porch or out on your spacious deck tucked among the trees and overlooking the lagoon. 
 
The serene master suite features a KING bed with custom built-in details and an ensuite bath with a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also appointed with a KING bed and has access to a bath shared with the adorable third bedroom sporting a custom QUEEN bed with built-in TWIN XL bunk. Each bedroom also includes a TV.
 
Made for days at play, beneath the elevated house you’ll find a warm-water outdoor shower, ping pong table, beach cart and chairs for your use and even an extra fridge and electric car charge station if needed. 
 
Sitting pretty on a shady street nearby to Kiawah's West Beach, Sadie Cottage is also a quick walk or bike down to the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse with its Players’ Pub.
