The Grand Palm
Best yet at Palmetto Bluff! We have been enjoying time away with our family at Palmetto Bluff since it was an Auberge property, and the only thing in Moreland was the treehouse. While it is sometimes mind boggling to see all of the building and development, it remains an incredible place if you enjoy water, fishing, biking, kayaking, and beautiful scenery. This property was the best we have stayed in, and that takes into account going the VBRO route, the Montage route, and the property manager route. Our entire group was very pleased with the comfortable and well thought out home. We hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Deep Water Days
Everything about this house is amazing! We just finished an amazing 10 day stay at Deep Water Days. We loved the Folly River and marsh views. The furnishings were both elegant and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need from a lazy day at the pool to a formal dinner at the dining table which easily seats 10 or more. The customer service from Luxury Simplified was unsurpassed - from beginning to end. They were immediately responsive to any questions or other needed information. I couldn't be happier with my total experience working with Luxury Simplified and our stay at Deep Water Days. It was perfection!

The Marsh View House
We came down for fall break to have family time and relax. This house was just perfect! Immaculate from top to bottom with no detail overlooked. Beautifully decorated with an outdoor area that we never wanted to leave. We will definitely be returning!

The Sadie Cottage
Amazing Spring Break! The cottage was perfect for our family of 5, little ones loves the bunks and parents loved that the house was clean, well stocked and in a fabulous location. So close to the pool, the beach, and numerous bike trails. We loved eating dinners on the screened in porch. Kiawah River inlet, FreshFields and Night Heron park were all an easy bike ride away. Love Kiawah and would definitely stay again!

Marshside Retreat
Beautiful home in Palmetto Bluff - great stay! We loved the Marshside Retreat home in the Moreland Village area of Palmetto Bluff. Because we have 14 members in our family it is difficult to find rentals that can comfortably handle all of us. The Marshside Retreat home was perfect for all of us. And, to top it off, we had great weather the whole time so we were able to enjoy the pool with the property and the resorts other amenities. We had a great time.

Great property for a family gathering! Extremely well equipped beach rental within Wild Dunes. The Kitchen/dining/living flow together perfect for large gathering. Nice pool and hot tub, Sonos throughout for continuous music. Great kitchen for meal prep. Thoughtful touches and everything you need.

Awesome House! Sweet Tea was very clean, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and back yard was great. Alana and Maddie were so helpful with our questions and reservations . The best management company I have ever dealt with and will definitely use them again.

The Scarlett House
Fantastic week in a perfect house! We have stayed in many homes and villas in Kiawah, and this was the best yet. It is a truly beautiful home in a perfect location with the best views. It just doesn’t get any better or more luxurious. We will be back!
