The Adelaide House
Our stay at The Adelaide House on Kiawah Island was nothing short of exceptional. As a family of five, we didn’t need a massive home — and this one was perfectly sized, thoughtfully laid out, and beautifully designed. The home felt brand new, with stunning decor and attention to detail in every corner. We’ve stayed in dozens of homes, and this team was by far the best we’ve worked with. They were attentive, thoughtful, and had everything ready when we arrived — lights on, TV set to the golf channel, and high-quality toiletries provided to get us through our first night. After a long day of travel, those little touches made a big difference. We will absolutely use this management company again. While some of the larger homes on Kiawah can feel dated or worn, this one felt fresh, new, and impeccably maintained. A true gem — highly recommend!

The Barn at May River
Really Special. The Barn is stunning. Incredible design, layout, quality, setting, view, etc. This house is fully equipped with everything you need. Just stop at the grocery store and you’re all set. It is so tranquil. The pool and patio room are awesome. We had a great time and stay.

The Vista
This was a luxury stay. Beds were comfortable. Towels and beach towels provided, along with a beach bag! Very walkable to the beach. We were so close we didn’t always feel the need to go down to the beach, but enjoyed the views from the patios or the great room swings. We would definitely stay here again. All restaurants on the island were walkable.

The Longboard
Great stay! Home is lovely with all the comforts of home, especially wonderfully equipped kitchen! Plenty of room for our family of 10 plus an infant. The pool and screened porch were enjoyed as it was closing in on 100 degrees most days we were there! Definitely would recommend a golf cart rental in this kind of heat! Walking to the beach would have been challenging for our group!!

The Sadie Cottage
Amazing Spring Break! The cottage was perfect for our family of 5, little ones loves the bunks and parents loved that the house was clean, well stocked and in a fabulous location. So close to the pool, the beach, and numerous bike trails. We loved eating dinners on the screened in porch. Kiawah River inlet, FreshFields and Night Heron park were all an easy bike ride away. Love Kiawah and would definitely stay again!

Deep Water Days
Everything about this house is amazing! We just finished an amazing 10 day stay at Deep Water Days. We loved the Folly River and marsh views. The furnishings were both elegant and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you would need from a lazy day at the pool to a formal dinner at the dining table which easily seats 10 or more. The customer service from Luxury Simplified was unsurpassed - from beginning to end. They were immediately responsive to any questions or other needed information. I couldn't be happier with my total experience working with Luxury Simplified and our stay at Deep Water Days. It was perfection!

The Grand Palm
Best yet at Palmetto Bluff! We have been enjoying time away with our family at Palmetto Bluff since it was an Auberge property, and the only thing in Moreland was the treehouse. While it is sometimes mind boggling to see all of the building and development, it remains an incredible place if you enjoy water, fishing, biking, kayaking, and beautiful scenery. This property was the best we have stayed in, and that takes into account going the VBRO route, the Montage route, and the property manager route. Our entire group was very pleased with the comfortable and well thought out home. We hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Carolina House
Spacious Home with a southern feel. Loved the large balconies for dining and evening conversations. Kitchen very well equipped. Welcome gifts, pool key, ping pong downstairs and a beach within walking distance (we love to walk) gave the young adults lots to do. Many restaurants on the Island and only 15-20 mins from Charleston fine dining establishments. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay much longer next time to relax and enjoy.

Sweet Tea
Awesome House! Sweet Tea was very clean, well maintained and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and back yard was great. Alana and Maddie were so helpful with our questions and reservations. The best management company I have ever dealt with and will definitely use them again.
