It’s our favorite time of year! And no, we’re not talking about the holidays, although this particular week is like the holidays for foodies at heart! Charleston Restaurant Week is returning this fall, September 4th – 15th. Prepare your stomachs for a week of eating at some of the premier places to experience the unmistakeable southern cuisine that you can only find in the lowcountry. There’s so many restaurants to choose from you’ll have a hard time deciding where to go first, but we’ve rounded up some of favorites that will make your ‘must eat’ list.

82 Queen

You cannot possibly attend Charleston Restaurant Week without tasting the fine lowcountry selections at 82 Queen. Named for its address on Queen Street, this charming tried & true local favorite is in the heart of the city and just steps from where Queen Street meets King Street.  Featuring 3 courses for $35, you’ll want to make sure you try their award-winning she crab soup.

Circa 1886

Located in the original carriage house of the Wentworth Mansion, Circa 1886 has long reigned as one of Charleston’s finest dining experiences. At this award-winning restaurant, including being named “Most Romantic Restaurant in the World,” you can treat yourself to a delicious meal surrounded by a romantic and charming backdrop. We highly recommend Circa 1886 to anyone visiting Charleston for a romantic getaway for two or mini-moon!

Parcel 32

A newcomer to the Charleston restaurant scene, Parcel 32 has quickly gained a reputation for a luxury dining experience. With a lowcountry influence and a flair for the dramatic, Parcel 32 has married the two styles into a unique culinary style unlike any other. With chic, upscale interiors, you can trust you’ll dine in style. Make sure you arrive early to partake in a libation at their beautiful bar, either downstairs or upstairs in the lounge.

Searching for something across the bridge?  Mount Pleasant SC is home to some of the area’s most popular restaurants that deliver exceptional culinary experiences of their own.

Nico

Take your tastebuds on a  trip to France when dining at Nico! Located in the heart of Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant SC, this French inspired eatery is known for a large selection of oysters, bouillabaisse de marseille, and a vast selection of excellent wines.
