Available for 3-month stays or longer, Vendue Place offers a superb downtown Charleston location with the convenience, history, and charm of being in Charleston’s beloved French Quarter, combined with waterfront living and Charleston Harbor views.
Step into this luxurious 1 BD/1.5 BA condo from the elevator that delivers you directly to your private entry hall. You’ll immediately be captivated by the views from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Waterfront Park, Charleston’s famed Pineapple Fountain, and the glimmering harbor beyond.
You’ll find a well-appointed kitchen, with everything you need for meal prep and entertaining to ensure you’ll feel right at home during your stay. With classic interiors and comfortable furnishings throughout, plus high speed WIFI, SMART TV, and French door leading out to your own private balcony for indoor/outdoor living in Charleston’s mild, sunny climate. This makes the perfect spot to enjoy a cold glass of iced tea or a curl up with a cocktail at the end of the day and take in the views.
Vendue Place, sleeps 2 guests comfortably, with a KING BED in the spacious and quiet master bedroom, with spa-like master bath, that features an oversized step-in shower. From the master, you can step out to a lush and secluded, shared courtyard, lined with boxwood hedges, tropical plantings and a fountain, making for a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
This is a premiere, walkable location that means you’re within easy walking distance to the restaurants and art galleries along East Bay and Broad Streets, as well as Rainbow Row, Charleston City Market, White Point Gardens, The Battery and the historic homes & gardens that encompass Charleston’s South of Broad neighborhood.
Vendue Place includes a stack washer/dryer located nearby to the master bedroom, and 1-off street parking spot in a secure, gated main level garage which is accessed by the direct elevator. Residents of Vendue Place enjoy access to a rooftop deck for entertaining, main lobby attendant and package delivery concierge service.
Access
A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Minimum rental age is 25.
