With abundant comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, TV with cable, wireless internet, and floor to ceiling sliding doors you’ll relax in luxury at the beach. 

The 2nd floor MASTER BEDROOM offers breathtaking ocean views, has a KING BED and a luxurious spa-like bath. On this floor you will find an additional guest room with KING BED and private en-suite bath, plus laundry room with full-sized Washer/Dryer.  On the 3rd floor you will find two additional bedroom suites each with KING BED and KING BED and each includes private ensuite bathroom and access to a private balcony. •    Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
•    Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
