A charming two-story home, The Olivia House has room for the whole family and features its very own private, heated pool and hot tub. With bright, open interiors and all new furnishings, this 5 bedroom/4.5 bath lowcountry-style home will truly be the vacation getaway you'll want to return to year after year.
The floor plan features a large open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a cook's delight with all the amenities needed to create unforgettable meals for family and friends including an abundance of prep space, Thermadore gas stove, and center island with seating for four. Off the expansive living area you can open the French doors to enjoy the screened porch and deck areas.
The first floor primary bedroom features a KING bed and en suite with a large walk-in shower. A powder room, laundry room and large foyer complete this space.
