The floor plan features a large open concept with living, dining and kitchen area with ample seating. The designer kitchen is a cook's delight with all the amenities needed to create unforgettable meals for family and friends including an abundance of prep space, Thermadore gas stove, and center island with seating for four. Off the expansive living area you can open the French doors to enjoy the screened porch and deck areas.  

The first floor primary bedroom features a KING bed and en suite with a large walk-in shower.  A powder room, laundry room and large foyer complete this space.  

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The second floor primary suite offers a KING bed, large walk in closet, double vanities and large walk-in shower. You'll also find 3 guest bedrooms, one with a KING bed and its own private bath; another with a KING bed that shares a Jack and Jill bath with the third, oversized guest bedroom consisting of 1 QUEEN bed and 2 extra-long TWIN beds, perfectly designed for your large family or group. Plus, The Olivia House, is nestled right next door to our sister property The Grace House, should you and your vacation crew need even more room to spread out!

The ground level garage is tailor made for entertaining with a bar area, ping pong table, flat-screen TV, an abundance of comfortable seating, and opens to the private pool with hot tub. This incredible home offers guests everything imaginable for your next vacation or getaway to the beach.

Isle of Palms boasts some of the most popular restaurants and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grill, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally loved Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait.
