The Oasis is a private and luxurious PET FRIENDLY, 4 BEDROOM/3.5 BATH home that comfortably SLEEPS 10 GUESTS and is nestled among shade trees and blooming hydrangeas just steps from the beach at Folly Beach SC. With double, wrap-around porches, open living spaces, well-appointed gourmet kitchen, and professionally decorated coastal-inspired interiors, this home was designed for a vacation full of fun and relaxation with family and friends. 

On the main floor, you'll find an open living room with abundant comfortable seating, complete with a fireplace and french doors leading out to the porch allowing for indoor-outdoor living for families and large groups to spread out. The well appointed chef's kitchen with gas cooktop, French-door refrigerator, wall oven and microwave includes everything you'll need for preparing mouthwatering meals. The dining area includes a table that seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the nearby breakfast bar. Wake up to a day full of fun-in-the-sun opportunities in the main floor primary suite with KING BED and a large, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, step-in shower, and custom closet. On the 2nd floor, you'll find a guest room outfitted with 2 QUEEN BEDS with an attached Jack & Jill bathroom with a shared connection to a guest room with 2 TWIN BEDS.  Additionally on this level, you'll find a second primary suite outfitted with a QUEEN BED and private en suite bathroom with direct access to the expansive second story porch. 

The grounds of The Oasis offer loads of privacy and the chance to vacation like you're in your own secluded resort. With a gated rear entrance, fully fenced yard, black bottom, HEATED POOL, lounge chairs, outdoor GRILL and area for outdoor dining this is the perfect way to relax and cool off after a day spent on the beach. •    Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
•    Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
