This exquisite, 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront vacation home is conveniently located in the East Beach neighborhood and showcases jaw-dropping ocean views from windows that span the rear of this incredible home. With expansive decks, in ground hot tub, and private boardwalk that leads to direct beach access, you’ll never want to leave.
The lower level of this sprawling beachfront beauty offers an expansive sitting area for relaxing, watching movies, or cheering on your favorite team on football Saturdays in the fall. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable outdoor furnishings for lazy days spent in the sun and access to the hot tub. The lower level is a dream for those who love to relax by the water. Featuring a bar area with separate ice maker; perfect for preparing refreshing drinks and snacks without having to go upstairs to the main floor kitchen. For added convenience, there's a full bath on this level with an oversized walk-in shower, great for rinsing off after a day on the beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Eliza House does not allow pets. No exceptions. The Eliza House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. Every vehicle MUST have a gate pass to access Kiawah Island. The Town of Kiawah Island allows each reservation to give up to XX (XX) gate passes per stay. No exceptions.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The Town of Kiawah Island has a noise ordinance from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
