DESCRIPTION

She’s number one! Welcome to The Eleanor, our brand new home sitting pretty on 20th Avenue on Isle of Palms. A 5-minute walk (.75 miles) from pristine beaches, this 6 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom abode comes with a private heated pool and is steps away from The Refuge, Harris Teeter and the Isle of Palms County Park. 
 
Expertly decorated and personally curated, The Eleanor invites you in to an open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen designed to host a soothing and sophisticated getaway. An extension of the lovely living space, step outside to take in the beach breeze from the screened in porch. 
 
On the main floor you’ll find 2 of the 6 bedrooms - one with 2 FULL beds and the other with a KING bed. These two bedrooms each have access to a nearby hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
 
Head upstairs, you’ll find the luxurious primary suite featuring a KING bed en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. On this level, you’ll find the remaining  3 bedrooms - 2 with spacious KING beds and a bunk room with one FULL bed and 2 TWIN beds. 
 
Should you need it, the second floor also houses a full-sized laundry room and ample closet space. 
 
Made for sunny days at play, The Eleanor features a gorgeous private pool with a lily pad, loungers and covered garage space with a half bath. Stay close to home and lounge around the pool or make the short walk to the beach.  Nearby you'll find all the fun waiting for you at the Isle of Palms Rec Center or head to the Wild Dunes resort for golf, tennis courts, restaurants, spa and more.

Isle of Palms boasts some of the most popular restaurants and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grill, both overlooking the Atlantic, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally loved Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find upscale dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is a short five minute walk from The Eleanor.

And if dining with jaw-dropping water views is on your bucket list, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71 are a must. Situated on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway, Islander 71 overlooks the water and has spectacular views. When the sun sets and the night is heating up, head to the ever popular The Windjammer beachfront bar. All that plus The Eleanor provides easy access to the best of the lowcountry. Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Eleanor House does not allow pets. No exceptions. The Eleanor House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. There is room for four (4) vehicles at the home.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination. 

Minimum rental age is 25.

$75.00/hour Early Check-In Fee. $75.00/hour late Check-Out fee.
