With five well-appointed bedrooms, the layout offers plenty of room for everyone to rest and recharge. Four bedrooms feature QUEEN beds, while the fifth bedroom is appointed with 2 TWIN beds. On the main floor, a guest room offers direct access to the full hall bath with tub/shower combo, adding comfort and convenience. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms, each with a QUEEN bed provide direct access to a hall bath. This layout allows two bedrooms to share a bath on one side of the house and two bedrooms to share a bath on the other — ideal for families or groups traveling together. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
