Property Description 
The first floor offers a cozy living room centered around a decorative fireplace and built in bookcases, a comfortable master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and a full kitchen with eat-in dining for two. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms featuring king size beds, with their own ensuite full baths. Fully-appointed with linens and towels, TVs in each room, and a unique Charleston feel. 

Off-street parking is provided directly in front of the home, with three dedicated spaces. Please note before booking that the Wickliffe House, a restaurant and event space, is located on the same property which occasionally hosts private events.

Parking
Parking is conveniently located off-street, immediately infant of The Coach House with one designated space. A parking pass will be provided for you inside the home.

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict City-enforced Noise Ordinance – violations may result in fines
• No smoking and No Pets
