This charming and light-filled home offers the perfect location for a vacation to Charleston’s top Atlantic coast beaches. You can enjoy the convenience of being just a 5 minute drive from Sullivan’s Island and 10 minutes to Isle of Palms, and still be nearby to shopping, dining, and some of Mt. Pleasant’s most popular local sites. A quick drive over the Ben Sawyer Bridge delivers you to the heart of Sullivan’s Island and all the attractions that make this breathtaking island town a favorite with beachgoers, including Dunleavy’s Pub, Poe’s Tavern, The Obstinate Daughter, Fort Moultrie, the Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse, and Breach Inlet.

Newly renovated in March 2021, SULLIVAN'S NEST has bright, neutral décor with a modern coastal vibe throughout. Updated interiors include main entryway with new tile flooring, shiplap and reclaimed ceiling beams in the family room/kitchen area, hardwood floors replace carpeted areas, freshly painted interiors, shiplap accent wall in the primary bedroom, board and batten wall detail added to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, Smart TVs in all bedrooms, new furnishings, beds and bedding, plus new patio furniture with gas grill. With 3 BEDROOMS/2.5 BATHS, this home SLEEPS 8 GUESTS and includes everything you need to feel right at home on your vacation.
As you enter the first floor great room, you’re greeted by an open, combined living room and kitchen, with a flat screen television, SLEEPER SOFA and large center island that seats 4, where family & friends can gather and hang out together while you whip up a delicious meal. You’ll also find a powder room on this level, adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen that includes everything you’ll need to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, to dinner and cocktails after a day at the beach.
Upstairs on the second floor is the spacious owner’s suite with KING BED, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a private bath featuring dual vanities, walk-in glass shower and separate toilet.
On the third floor, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bath with double vanity and a combined tub/shower. These bedrooms are appointed with a QUEEN BED in one and a TWIN XL/over QUEEN BUNK BED set-up in the other. Each room is appointed with a flat screen TV and additionally on this level is the laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer. There is a quaint patio with GAS GRILL in the rear yard.
Guests can take a short drive or even an easy bike ride over the bridge to explore the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms or to get to some of the area's best restaurants and shopping experiences. With its great proximity to beaches, the Intracoastal Waterway, Mt Pleasant’s iconic Shem Creek and top restaurants, this location simply can’t be beat.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Minimum rental age is 25.
Please note, while this property does have a golf cart. It is reserved for homeowner use only. Our Concierge team is happy to assist in golf cart rentals.
