This charming quadplex features 16-bedrooms and 12-baths across four separate homes that sleeps a total of 32 (8 per home) with chic, coastal interiors, private outdoor patios and HEATED (upon request) saltwater plunge pools. Ideal if you need private, luxury accommodations for weddings, family gatherings, or larger groups to spread out. From here you can walk to EVERYTHING in downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, Bert’s Market, and local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy or Rita’s! Only two blocks to the beach, close to the newly renovated Folly Beach Pier.

The Space
On the 1st floors in each home you’ll enjoy the light-filled great room with Smart HD TV and access to the outdoor living space, stylish, compact kitchen appointed with everything you need to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee or cook up the islands freshest “catch of the day,” dining area, and washer/dryer. You will also find a bedroom with a Queen bed and full bath. Upstairs is a roomy Master Bedroom with King bed and private spa-like bath. Two additional bedrooms offer 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds with a shared full bath.

Offering a sense of privacy in the heart of Folly Beach this innovative space was designed for you to open the gates between each courtyard and pool to enjoy a pool party with your closest family and friends, or close each gate for a private pool lounge experience. •    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
