SEABATICAL underwent a full renovation that delivers bright, modern interiors and a distinctive coastal-chic vibe. With 5 BEDROOMS/4.5 BATHS, loads of comfortable furnishings, hotel quality bedding, well-appointed kitchen and luxe details throughout, SEABATICAL feels like you’ve been transported to a luxury resort. This elevated, lowcountry style home includes soaring 10’ ceilings, hardwood floors, spa-like bathrooms, built-in cabinetry and ceiling fans in every room.

You’ll enjoy the indoor/outdoor living that comes with expansive doors that slide open from the great room leading to the covered outdoor deck, also accessible from the adjacent kitchen and dining area. With ample outdoor seating and Gas Grill, this will become your favorite spot to dine al fresco. This incredible getaway SLEEPS 12 GUESTS and features a main living room with gas fireplace flanked by window seats, and flat-screen TV, kitchen with abundant counter space and bar seating, dining area with built-in banquette that SEATS 10, separate & cozy “keeping room” and lush furnishings throughout. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, ready for family and friends to gather and start the day with coffee and breakfast.  Additionally on the main level you’ll find 2 bedrooms, one appointed with a QUEEN BED and another with a KING BED.  They share a nearby full bathroom with double vanity and combined tub/shower. Additionally, you’ll find a generously-sized powder room just steps down the hall.

Upstairs the 10’ foot ceilings continue in true lowcountry fashion, and here you’ll discover luxury suites, with private bathrooms and access to a second story covered porch. The first of 3 incredible bedrooms, is the bunk room.  With built-in bunks that feature 2 QUEEN BEDS below, and 2 TWIN BEDS above. This light-filled room has a separate sitting area with couch and flat-screen TV, enormous walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus oversized sliding doors that lead out to the upstairs covered porch.  There are 2 additional bedrooms on this floor, one with a QUEEN BED, flat-screen TV and spa-like bath with step-in shower, and the other with KING BED, flat-screen TV, ensuite bath and doors that lead to the second story porch shared with the bunk room. The laundry room is located on this level with a full size stacked washer/dryer.  

Some of Folly Beach’s most iconic restaurants are located within blocks of SEABATICAL including The Lost Dog Cafe, The Crab Shack, Jack of Cups and Taco Boy.  You can walk, bike or take a golf cart ride to all of the fun-filled activities that make a vacation at Folly Beach the trip of a lifetime.


Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well. 

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details. 

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines. 

Minimum rental age is 25.
