Property Description

Nestled between Mt. Pleasant’s iconic Shem Creek and Sullivan's Island, this charming cottage is located just 5 minutes from Sullivan’s Island’s popular beaches and charming downtown Middle Street.  With its soaring vaulted ceiling, rustic beams and cozy living room, this 2 BR/2 BA home with comfortable furnishings and updated interiors offers the perfect spot for exploring the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island beaches, Mt. Pleasant, plus historic downtown Charleston is just 15 minutes away. The first floor features the kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry, living room with flatscreen TV, and a generous bedroom appointed with two QUEEN BEDS with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. From the kitchen you can step out to the comfortably furnished, quintessentially southern screened porch.  Here you can enjoy coffee on quiet mornings, or a cocktail in the evening as the sun goes down. Up the stairs to the second level loft, is a second bedroom with two QUEEN BEDS and a handsome ensuite bath and additional closet space. 

You can enjoy the convenience of being just a 5 minute drive from Sullivan’s Island and 10 minutes to Isle of Palms, and still be nearby to shopping, dining, and some of Mt. Pleasant’s most popular local sites. A quick drive over the Ben Sawyer Bridge delivers you to the heart of Sullivan’s Island and all the attractions that make this breathtaking island town a favorite with beachgoers, including Dunleavy’s Pub, Poe’s Tavern, The Obstinate Daughter, Fort Moultrie, the Sullivan’s Island Lighthouse, and Breach Inlet.   

 

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one! 

Notes
Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Minimum rental age is 25. 

Optional & Additional Fees
$150 Non-refundable Pet Fee/pet (maximum one dog allowed) with a $1,000 security deposit refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property upon departure, $50/hour Early Check In Fee. $25/hour late check out fee.
