And, with a location directly across from the beach access path, you’re just steps from the sand.  Upon your arrival at Pied-à-Terre, you’re greeted by an inviting screened porch spanning the front of the cottage, destined to be the spot to curl up with a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves. From there, step into this dreamy 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH cottage and be simply captivated by the high ceilings, the white on white backdrop, white painted floors, light filled rooms, and eclectic decor.  
 
A modern, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for whipping up delicious meals with your market-fresh catch of the day, or simply enjoying charcuterie and aperitif or perhaps some champagne. With your morning breakfast savor a cappuccino or latte, or pick up some freshly baked pâtisseries from nearby Center Street Coffee, located just a few blocks away,  A private chef can also be arranged to cook for you during your stay; simply inquire with our Concierge team for details.  This incredible beach cottage includes a washer/dryer, ample off-street parking, rear fenced yard and outdoor grill.
 
Pied-à-Terre SLEEPS 6 GUESTS and with all-on-one-floor living, generous seating area, dining table for eight, and two bedrooms, each with their own bath for comfort and privacy, this is a true beach sanctuary. In one bedroom you’ll find a QUEEN BED, and the second bedroom, appointed with 2-sets of TWIN BUNK BEDS, can easily accommodate 4 guests.  Add in luxury linens, spaces filled with an abundance of plush pillows and lush throws, and you’ll find this is the perfect spot to relax after sun-filled days on the beach, or exploring historic downtown Charleston. You can walk or bike to downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, or Rita’s, Bert’s Market and the iconic Folly Beach Pier.

•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines
