Ocean Watch showcases incredible panoramic ocean views inside and out and the spacious layout makes this home perfect for family and friends to gather together and make vacation memories. It features an open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, plus a separate beverage bar area that includes a wine fridge and ice machine. The large living area includes a fireplace, SLEEPER SOFA, and is flanked by a wall of windows and those incredible Folly Beach views. The dining table seats 6 and additional seating for 4 is nearby at the kitchen bar. With dual primary bedroom suites, both with King beds, and each with direct access to the balcony, and 2 additional bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and private bath, and the other with Full bed and connected hall bath. The condo includes parking for 2 and a stack washer/dryer in-unit.

After a long day at the beach, grab cocktails or dinner at Folly Beach’s iconic Loggerhead’s Beach Grill, located directly across the street. This prime location also means you’re just blocks from Center Street, the hub of Folly’s great shopping and dining. You can walk or bike to downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, or Rita’s, and  the iconic Folly Beach Pier.

•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
•    The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
