• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict City-enforced Noise Ordinance – violations may result in fines
• No smoking

• Early Check-in $75/hour / Late Check-out $75/hour (subject to availability)
• Pet Fee - $150 non-refundable fee (Maximum 1 Dog Under 25 lbs. – NO CATS) Plus $1,000 refundable deposit after satisfactory post-stay inspection
