Property Description
NEW POOL and HOT TUB in 2021, everything about Creekside is designed for an unforgettable Folly Beach vacation! Located at the far east end of the island, and overlooking a tidal creek, Creekside delivers both vast ocean views from the double front porches, phenomenal views of the marsh from the rear porches, and views of the Morris Island Lighthouse from any of the four decks that this home offers. This incredible beach house offers spacious comfortable interiors, and walls of windows & doors that frame the views and overlook the elevated pool and hot tub. With vacation fun in mind, Creekside's 2021 renovation included the addition of a spacious game room appointed with a billiard table, foosball table and bar seating where everyone can be a part of the action.  Grab your surfboard and make the short walk to practice your surfing at Folly's famous Washout where you can experience some of the best waves on the South Carolina coast, or just find a spot for relaxing in the sand. At high tide, you can take a kayak trip down the creek straight from the crabbing dock in the back yard. 

On the main floor you are greeted with a bright open plan that includes a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV,  a grand dining area which seats 12, and a fully stocked kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and an eating bar that seats 4 for plenty of entertaining. With direct access to the spacious porches, you'll have ample space to spread out and find a favorite spot to curl up with a book or gather for a cocktail at the end of the day and take in the views of the marsh, tidal creek and ocean. Just off the living area is the first of 3 primary suites, with a KING bed and its own private spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower and access to the front deck for stunning views of the beach.

Upstairs you’ll find the other 4 bedrooms, starting with two more primary suites, one with a KING bed and one with a QUEEN bed with updated en-suite bathrooms. Here you'll have access to the second floor rear deck with some of the best views of the marsh available on Folly Beach. On the other side you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with TWIN beds and its own en-suite bath, and a kid-friendly room with 2 sets of twin, bunk beds and a bathroom to share. With plenty of space for 12 people and activities for all, this is a perfect spot for a relaxing trip to the beach! At the end of the day, you can cook up the fresh catch of the day or simply make the short drive to Folly Beach's Center Street, the shopping and dining hub of this quaint, coastal town. Creekside includes a stack washer dryer, a spot for grilling and plenty of off-street parking.

NOTE: Creekside is a FAMILY FRIENDLY house and parties are strictly prohibited. Every home in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Folly Beach. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and if in violation, guest will incur fine of $2,500. Creekside is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well. 

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Violators will be charged a $2,500 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.

Minimum rental age is 25.
