Cancellation Policy

SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS OF OUR STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY :

 

CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024

For ARRIVALS beginning JANUARY 1, 2024:

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests made more than 60 days from the date of arrival will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation requests made between 30 to 60 days of arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit initially charged toward the reservation, but will not be charged the 50% Balance remaining.
  • Cancellation requests made within 30 days of arrival, are not subject to a refund.
  • Reservation modifications are subject to the same terms and conditions as cancellations.
