Upstairs you’ll find 3 additional Guest Bedrooms EACH with a KING BED dressed in crisp, luxury linens. One Guest Bedroom includes a private, ensuite bath, and the other 2 Guest Bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bath. Additionally, on this level you will find an oversized laundry room and access to the upstairs porch and gorgeous ocean views.

• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines
