This sprawling 5 BR/4.5 BA home has been lovingly maintained as a family beach getaway for generations. With a rustic charm you’d experience “way back when,” but with modern updates, like high speed WiFi and Smart, flat-screen TVs, seamlessly blended with vintage details. Tucked alongside the dunes of Folly Beach, with your own private beach access, the beach and ocean are your backyard and you’re just a short walk to the Folly Beach Pier. Decks that span the rear of the home are the perfect place for hanging out after a long beach day, taking in the ocean breeze with a cold beverage or tall glass of sweet tea.

The well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, separate ice machine, and dishwasher, everything you need to cook for a crew or prepare the fresh catch of the day. The front living room and combined dining room, offer a spot to curl up with a book, and a dining table the seats 10 GUESTS where you’re sure to linger after dinner and settle in for cards or board games.

Beach Days offers 5 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 12 GUESTS. The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, from a sun-filled room with a KING bed and attached, shared bathroom, to 5 additional guest bedrooms that offer ocean views and QUEEN beds, plus a hallway filled with 4 built-in TWIN bunks for the kids. Each bedroom has easy access to a shared bath, and one QUEEN appointed bedroom includes a small ensuite bath of its own. This charming cottage also includes a washer/dryer, and a private parking lot across the street that provides abundant parking for everyone in your group.

You’ll love the proximity to Folly Beach’s popular restaurants and nightlife, including Taco Boy, Rita’s Seaside Grille, Snapper Jacks, Coconut Joe’s and Pier 101 located right on the newly re-built Folly Beach Pier. •    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
