There's also a spacious bedroom appointed with a KING bed that includes a KING bed plus a TWIN daybed with a roll out twin trundle, perfect for multi-families traveling together. At the rear of the home, you'll find a guest room appointed with a KING bed and French door that provides direct access to the outdoor porch, and shares a jack-&-jill bathroom with the TWIN over FULL Bunk Bed room. Designed with family fun in mind, this level showcases a game room, perfectly appointed for game night, puzzles or movie watching with a QUEEN sleeper sofa and a QUEEN Murphy Bed, this room easily sleeps 4 guests as the night comes to an end. • Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking and No Pets (non-negotiable)
