Professionally decorated and furnished with comfort in mind, THE VIEW has a well-appointed gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a Wolf gas range and Subzero refrigerator.  The open living room has abundant seating for everyone, a gas fireplace for cozy nights filled with conversation and boardgames, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors for endless beach views plus a flatscreen TV with cable and wireless internet. Additionally you'll find a a separate dining room that seats 8. You can enjoy your morning coffee on one of the THREE BALCONIES then grab your beach chairs and mosey out to find your spot in the sand. 

The 2nd floor MASTER BEDROOM offers breathtaking ocean views, has a KING bed and a luxurious spa-like bath. On this floor you will find an additional guest room with QUEEN BED and private en-suite bath, plus laundry foom with full-sized Washer/Dryer.  On the 3rd floor you will find two additional bedroom suites each with KING BED and KING BED and each includes private ensuite bathroom and access to a private balcony. The intimate courtyard tucked between third floor private suites, is a tranquil place for morning coffee and provides spiral stair access to the rooftop deck, and the 360 degree rooftop views that remind you just why this sleepy beachside town is affectionately called “The Edge of America.”  Ample parking is provided including the 3-car garage and one, additional parking space.  At THE VIEW you’re also just STEPS to Center Street where you’ll find all of Folly Beach activity, from shops to restaurants and bars.

•    Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
•    Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
