Just steps from the sand of Folly Beach or a short golf cart ride to the downtown shopping and dining on Center Street, SEACLUSION is truly a paradise among the palms. This luxurious 5 BEDROOM/5 BATH home, with PRIVATE POOL and room to SLEEP 16 GUESTS, promises to take your beach vacation to a whole new level. This spectacular home, with soaring ceilings and chic, modern interiors provides room for everyone to spread out and features large living area with gas fireplace, chef’s kitchen, dual master bedrooms, and second living room located upstairs, with a sleeper sofa and views overlooking the pool. 

With doors from the great room that open onto the spacious deck for true indoor/outdoor living, you can spend your days lounging around the pool to the sounds of waves on the beach, or sharing cocktails with friends around the swim up bar, plus additional outdoor spaces that include an outdoor kitchen and GRILL, second story porch and private, screened porch for dining. After nights spent stargazing, family and friends can gather for boardgames in front of the fireplace or movie watching in the den. The well-appointed kitchen with upscale appliances that include Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, and commercial 6-burner stove has everything you’ll need, whether your mornings start with coffee and pastries or a full breakfast, or preparing dinner for the whole group to enjoy! Additionally there's a large center island with seating for 4, plus seating for 8 at the nearby dining table.

On the first floor you’ll find the first primary suite with KING bed and private spa-like bath, plus a second guest room with QUEEN bed and full bath, both with lavish tile work and glass showers. Upstairs you’ll find the second sumptuous primary suite with KING BED, spacious bath and private access to the second floor balcony. The second floor includes two additional guest rooms, one that includes two sets of bunk beds designed with upper TWIN  beds, and lower FULL beds.  This bright and sunny “bunk room” shares a spacious Jack-and-Jill bath with additional guest room that has a QUEEN Bed. With doors that step out onto the upper porch and views of the pool, the second floor den offers a comfortable spot to watch TV with loads of privacy, an ensuite full bath, and a SLEEPER SOFA.

With its coastal-style and elevated design, SEACLUSION includes a fully fenced rear yard, and plenty of parking for guests. Easily park two cars and a golf cart beneath the home and an additional three cars in the driveway. 

SEACLUSION is a private home that’s conveniently located just a half a block from the public access path to Folly Beach. You’re a short golf cart or bike ride from all the restaurants and shops on Center Street making it the ideal spot for your beach vacation. You can even easily make runs to Bert’s Market, Folly’s beloved local grocery store that truly has something for everyone.

Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well. 

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure with these codes. Additionally, requests can be made for your Concierge to meet you at the property upon check-in. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one! 

Notes
Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines. 

Minimum rental age is 25.
