In each home, you’ll enjoy a light-filled great room with Smart HD TV and access to the outdoor living space, stylish kitchen appointed with everything you need to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee or cook up the island’s freshest “catch of the day,” dining that seats 6, plus additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Upstairs at Seagrass you will find a roomy Master Bedroom with King bed and private spa-like bath. Two additional bedrooms each offer Queen beds with a shared bath. Upstairs at Coral you will also find a spacious Master Suite with KING-sized bed and private bath, two guest bedrooms one with a king sized bed, and one with a queen sized bed that share a full bath in the hall.  An additional half bath can be found on the main floor. These elevated homes feature ample off-street parking below, fenced in yards, 2 PRIVATE HEATED POOLS and 2 gas grills.


From here you’re close to EVERYTHING in downtown Folly including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy or Rita’s, and just a short walk to the beach!

Offering a sense of privacy in the heart of Folly Beach, each home includes a private patio and saltwater pool, and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends.  This innovative space was designed for you to open the gates between each patio and pool to enjoy a pool party with all your family and friends, or close each gate for a private pool lounge experience. You won’t find an experience that offers all of this for a group of up to 12 guests anywhere else on Folly Beach!

•    Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
•    Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
•    50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
•    If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
•    Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
•    Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines 
•    No smoking
