In the upstairs loft, you will find luxurious sleeping quarters tucked under the eaves, appointed with a KING bed, luxury linens, separate seating area, Smart, flatscreen TV and elegant, private bath.

The Boathouse, with a a design evocative of a traditional New England style boat house, features rustic-meets-elegant, nautical-inspired details combined with stylish, comfortable interiors.  The Boathouse includes a well-appointed kitchen with gas range and counter seating. The first floor living space offers a cozy spot to curl up in front of the rusted stove fireplace after the sun goes down. The second level sleeping quarters include a fun, nautically designed ship’s bunk with TWIN beds for the kids, plus a stateroom-inspired primary room with KING bed. This level includes a shared, full bath and doors that step out to a balcony for enjoying a cup of coffee and sunrise views of the river.
