Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please review the terms of our standard cancellation policy :

CANCELLATION POLICY AS OF JANUARY 1, 2022:

ARRIVALS BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2022:

Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect for all reservations arriving with check-in dates beginning January 1, 2022.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests made more than 60 days from the date of arrival will receive a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests made at least 30 to 60 days of arrival, will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation value.
Cancellation requests made within 30 days of arrival, are not subject to a refund.
Reservation modifications are subject to the same terms and conditions as cancellations.

NOTE: We will work with each of our guests to find an appropriate solution for scheduled bookings that fall inside of our 30-day cancellation window, however no guarantee can be made.
