From the expansive rear decks at Folly Funtastic, you can experience the picturesque views of the rear pond with rock waterfall and the marsh views beyond.
The main floor is home to all of the three guest rooms. With a split floorpan that offers extra privacy, one bedroom with QUEEN bed and private ensuite bath is located on one side of the main floor living spaces, and two additional bedrooms, each with QUEEN beds, and access to one full bathroom are on the opposite side of the home. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV.
The secluded primary suite, appointed with KING bed, is located on the second floor, with an expansive private bath offering all the amenities of a sleek modern spa. With doors that step out to a private deck you’ll appreciate quiet mornings here and waking up to this serene backdrop of marsh and Folly River views.
Additionally, the second floor boasts an open loft playroom and reading nook, the perfect spot for games, puzzles or movie time for the kids. The loft area includes a convenient half bath.
With a great location near the beach, at Folly Funtastic you’re also just blocks from the hub of Folly’s great shopping and dining. You’re a short golf cart or bike ride from all the restaurants and shops including coffee shops, surf shops, local dining favorites like the Lost Dog Café, Taco Boy, Loggerhead’s, Rita’s Seaside Grill and the Folly Beach Pier. You can even easily make runs to Bert’s Market, Folly’s beloved local grocery store that truly has something for everyone.

With each stay you’ll enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn’t much our Concierge team can’t help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy to allow for flexibility to help you make the right decisions regarding travel at this time. Please inquire with out team for additional details.
