The outdoor porch is appointed with abundant, comfortable furnishings, dining that seats 6 guests, an outdoor grilling area with custom hood, and a convenient pass-through bar with seating for 3, that provides direct access to the kitchen and (3) outdoor heaters that can be used during cooler weather. Designed to accommodate the needs of the family chef, the professional grade kitchen includes Viking appliances, separate ice machine and oversized island with seating for three.
