The main house is comprised of three en suite bedrooms with the dreamy primary suite located on the main floor. The primary suite appointed with a KING bed, includes access to a small office, and steps out to a cozy porch to take in the water views.  Professionally decorated and appointed with sumptuous, upscale furnishings, draperies and linens Lakeview Villa is recently renovated and showcases luxurious finishes that guarantee you and your guests will stay in a beautifully appointed space. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one appointed with a QUEEN bed and one with a KING bed and each with its own private ensuite bath.  In addition to the main house, Lakeview Villa includes a separate, private carriage house that offers a full bath, kitchenette, QUEEN  bed & loft area with two TWIN beds, it even has it’s own private porch to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

The kitchen steps out to a graceful and serene screened porch with fireplace and comfortable seating area between the main house and separate guest cottage. A courtyard patio area includes a fire pit for nights spent with a cocktail under the stars.  Lakeview Villa includes a gas grill.

With it’s prime Wilson Village location within Palmetto Bluff a stay in Lakeview Villa means you’re in the hub of activity in The Bluff. So much to do within two blocks including: ice cream shop - MELT; Buffalo's Restaurant; River House Bar; S'mores around the fire pit at the River House every night; The Paris Market for gifts and more; RT's Market for groceries, wine and beer and more. The iconic chapel on the May River is two blocks away where you can take in the beautiful May River and marsh views.
